Aughawillan GAA Notes 3rd April 2017

Senior Team: Our Senior team start their league campaign on Saturday at 7pm when they play Drumkeeran in Drumkeeran. All support welcome.

Underage Teams: U13: Well done to our U13 team who had a good win over Allen Gaels on Sunday evening last. Final Score 2-14 to 0-3.
U17: Our U-17 team play Melvin Gael Tuesday evening at 6.30pm in Aughawillan.
U10: Well done to our U10 team who played during the half time interval when Leitrim took on Waterford last Saturday evening in Paric Sean.

Poker Classic: Aughawillan GAA are holding their traditional Good Friday Poker Classic in Aughawillan Community Centre on Friday April 14th at 9.30pm. Come along to what is always a very enjoyable night. Entry €20. 50/50 cash prizes.

Registration: If you wish to become a member of the club, please contact Michael Flanagan, Ciaran Gilheany or Damien Gilheany. Please note that membership of the club allows you full use of our gym and club room facilities and safeguards you are insured on the grounds. Adults €25.00 and Underage €10.00.

Aughawillan / Drumreilly GAA Lotto: Next draw will be held in Gorby’s Newtowngore on Wednesday 5th April. Jackpot €3500.

County Teams: Well done to Barry, Noel, Gary, Mark, Pearce and the Leitrim senior team who finished their league campaign with a win over Waterford last Saturday. Final Score 1-13 to 2-8.

Hard luck to Niall and the county minor team who were defeated by Longford last Saturday. Final Score 2-13 to 2-7. They now take on Roscommon next Saturday at 5.30pm in Cootehall.

Corraleehan Parish Walk: Corraleehan Parish Walk continues each Thursday night at 8.30pm from Corraleehan Church. Community spirit, health, fitness, whatever your goals we will be happy to see you, everyone welcome.
