Aughawillan GAA Notes 5 December 2016
Dunnes Bar ACL Division 1 Semi-Final 2016: Willies Abú! Aughawillan sent out a powerful message on Sunday, that they were ready and prepared for the League Final#bring it on!! It is 2006, since we were in the last Division 1 League Final and our senior players show cased agility, fitness and a fine exhibition of co-ordinated hand passes and maintaining possession in the semi-final. It was also the first time the team wore the new away jersey’s sponsored by Jackies Bar, and they looked superb on the day. Final Score: Aughawillan 1-19 to Manorhamillton 0-13. Mohill and Ballinamore must now have a replay of their semi-final this coming Sunday so it will be two week’s time before we can see our warriors out in action once more. Willies Abú!!
