Dunnes ACL Division 1 2016: Congratulations to our senior team who had their second match of the league this week and brought home another win. This was a tense and stimulating match with some aggressive play, fortitude was necessary but thankfully Aughawillan held steadfast and the final score was Aughawillan 1-09 to Annaduff 1-08. Aughawillan continue their league games this week playing Glencar Manorhamillton at 7pm on Saturday in Manorhamillton.

U16: St. Brigid’s played St. Marys Kiltoghert on Saturday morning in Carrick on Shannon. In the first fifteen minutes of the game St. Marys took control and scored a number of points, it was a well fought battle back in the first half as the St. Brigid’s men were relentless in pursuing the win and showed some great work rate. The second half seen St. Brigid’s rise to the top of their game and a win was inevitable. Final score St. Marys- Kiltoghert 1-04 to St. Brigid’s 5-12. St. Brigid’s are to play Melvin Gaels this coming Saturday, in a home game at 12 noon.

Update on U12 League: Our U12 team have had a mixed bag of results these past few weeks, their first game against Glen Gaels was a loss but showed this young team as a spirited group of players.
